Qualification Purpose

The Level 3 Certificate in Entry to Aesthetic Therapies (RQF) is designed to provide learners with the essential skills and knowledge needed to enter the aesthetic therapy industry. This qualification prepares students for entry-level roles in various aesthetic environments. Upon completion, students can pursue jobs such as:

Age Range

​

• Learners must be 16 years or older to undertake this qualification.

 

Entry Requirements

​

• No prior experience is required, but learners should have a basic level of literacy and numeracy to complete assessments and communicate with clients.

• A Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy or a similar qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Entry is at the discretion of the center.

Assessment Methods

​

This qualification is internally assessed. Students will need to create a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates their achievement of learning outcomes and assessment criteria. Examples of evidence may include:
