Service Description
Microneedling is an advanced cosmetic treatment designed to rejuvenate and improve the skin's texture by stimulating collagen production and promoting skin repair. Using fine, medical-grade needles, microneedling creates micro-injuries in the skin, which triggers the body's natural healing process. The bulk 3 session plan will save you £20.00 compared to a single treatment and will incorporate 3 sessions for maximum effectiveness spread over an 8 week period. Follow up sessions to be be booked after first initial treatment and consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Nouveau Aesthetics Clinic - Micro-Needling Treatment Cancellation Policy At Nouveau Aesthetics, we strive to provide the best care and service to all our clients. In order to maintain smooth scheduling and ensure availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy treatments. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Payment Terms: All treatments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Single Session: £60 Package of 3 Sessions: £160 2. Cancellation Notice: Single Session: If you need to cancel or reschedule your single session, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Package of 3 Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session in a package, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If a session is missed without 24-hour notice, it will count as one of your package sessions. 3. Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee: For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This will be charged against the pre-paid amount for your treatment. If a client fails to attend a booked session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. 4. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If a client reschedules within 24 hours of their appointment, the cancellation policy will apply. 5. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the full treatment, and the session will be considered a "no-show." The cancellation fee will apply. 6. Refund Policy: If for any reason you wish to cancel a course of treatments (3 sessions), please contact us. Refunds for the remaining sessions will be issued on a case-by-case basis, minus any used sessions and the cancellation fee as applicable. 7. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy to help us maintain a high standard of service for all our clients.
